创意农业是都市型现代农业的重要组成部分，是农业、旅游业、创意产业融合而形成的新型农业业态。密云县从生态涵养区的功能定位出发，依托其生态资源、农业资源、旅游资源、休闲产业的优势，创意农业得到了快速发展，但也存在一些问题.论文在分析其优势和存在问题的基础上，提出了密云创意农业发展的基本原则、思路，并从整合资源，科学规划、挖掘特色文化资源，开发主题产品、构建产业链条、开展项目设计和创意策划，打造创意农业优势品牌等方面提出了有针对性的建议。

Creative agriculture is an important part of the urban modern agriculture, which is a new agricultural format formed agriculture, tourism and creative industries. Being ecological underdeveloping area, Miyun creative agriculture has been developed rapidly, relying on its ecological resources, agricultural resources, tourist resources, leisure industry advantages. The current situation and some major issues in development of Miyun's creative agriculture were analyzed.
