从追溯循环经济理论起源着笔，系统地阐述了循环农业的深刻内涵，总结提炼了新时期循环农业的基本特征，即传统农业与现代科技有机结合、从生产到消费各个环节相扣的标准化、农业生态和经济效益的良性循环和农业资源与农业环境可持续发展，简要回顾了中国发展循环农业的历程与现状，分析了中国发展循环农业面临的主要问题，最后有针对性地提出了现阶段中国发展循环农业的基本思路与对策。

Abstract: Beginning with theoretical source retrospect of circular economy, this paper systematically illustrated profound meaning of circular agriculture; summarized basic characteristics of circular agriculture in new period in China, which are organic combination of traditional agriculture and modern technology, standardization of link from production to consumption, virtuous cycle of agricultural ecological and economic benefit, and sustainable development of agricultural resource and environment; brief reviewed development and status of circular agriculture in China; analyzed main problem of circular agriculture development in China; Finally, this paper put forwards basic ideas and countermeasures of circular agriculture development in China at this stage.
