农药残留问题是制约中国食用菌产业健康发展的主要障碍。笔者通过对京郊食用菌企业的实地调研、网上资料及统计数据查阅，分析了北京地区食用菌农药安全防控的“预防为主，防治为辅”的原则与区位文化优势，以及存在的农药残留超标问题，并提出北京地区完善食用菌农药残留标准体系、废物利用、菌种研发等安全防控的方法和措施，为北京地区食用菌农药安全防控和环境保护提供参考。
