摘要

农药残留问题是制约中国食用菌产业健康发展的主要障碍。笔者通过对京郊食用菌企业的实地调研、网上资料及统计数据查阅,分析了北京地区食用菌农药安全防控的“预防为主,防治为辅”的原则与区位文化优势,以及存在的农药残留超标问题,并提出北京地区完善食用菌农药残留标准体系、废物利用、菌种研发等安全防控的方法和措施,为北京地区食用菌农药安全防控和环境保护提供参考。

Abstract

pesticide residue problem is a major obstacle to the healthy development of mushroom industry in china. Based on the field investigation, edible fungus enterprises online information and statistical data access, analysis of the principle and advantage of edible fungi in Beijing pesticide safety prevention and control, and the existing problems, and puts forward the methods and measures of edible fungi in Beijing pesticide safety prevention and control, to provide reference for the prevention and control of edible fungi pesticide safety and environmental protection in Beijing.
