为在烤烟浮盘消毒这一环节，找到适宜的消毒方式，有效降低烟叶普通花叶病（以下缩写TMV）的发生，从而减少损失。通过采取不同的浮盘消毒方式，对烟苗TMV带毒率检测和大田TMV发生情况跟踪监测，结果表明：使用烟雾机浮盘消毒方式能减少烟苗TMV带毒率，降低大田TMV发病率，比常规消毒方式在预防和控制TMV上效果更好。

The study aims to find a suitable disinfection way of flue-cured tobacco floating disk disinfection and to effectively reduce the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) occurrence and the losses caused by it. By adopting the floating disc disinfection in different ways, we tracked and monitored the tobacco seedlings’TMV virus detection rate and field occurrence. The results showed that using smoke machine floating disc disinfection method could reduce the TMV virus rate of tobacco seedlings and the incidence of TMV in the field, and the method was better than conventional disinfection methods in the prevention and suppression of TMV.
