Abstract: The credit system has 4 functions for body cognizance, commodity money, resource allocation and current sharing. And it is the inevitable trend of adult higher education to carry out the credit system. As the main channel of training rural practical talents, adult higher education should fully understand and grasp the characteristics of the rural practical talents cultivation to construct the credit system which is suitable to its actual needs to facilitate the development of China’s adult higher education of rural practical talents greatly.
