长江中下游及湖南省水稻区试新组合(品系)稻曲病抗性研究

Study on the False Smut Resistance of New Rice Combinations (Lines) from the Middle and Lower Yangtze River and Hunan Regional Trials

摘要:

为了解区试水稻新组合(品系)在田间的稻曲病抗性差异及其与农艺性状的相互关系,采用自然诱发和人工接种的方法,对2011年长江中下游和湖南省水稻区试的427个新组合(品系)在病圃内进行稻曲病抗性鉴定。结果表明,不同来源的供试材料对稻曲病的抗性差异明显,长江中下游水稻区域试验新组合(品系)的抗病频率高于湖南省水稻区试材料,前者抗病频率占16.4%,而后者的抗病频率仅为3.1%,但前者中感频率低于后者,感病及高感频率高于后者;不同生态型水稻新组合(品系)对稻曲病的抗性差异明显,其抗性程度强弱依次为:中籼>双季晚籼>单季晚粳>一季晚籼;首次报道了优质稻组合(品系)的农艺性状与稻曲病抗性相关性,试验结果表明,株高和穗长与稻曲病病穗率不相关,穗部性状除穗长外均与病穗率呈正相关,其相关性依次为:着粒密度>穗总粒数>二次枝梗>一次枝梗;湖南省大面积推广种植优质稻品种,仅‘农香18’表现为抗病。

Abstract:

In order to clear the difference of false smut resistance and the correlation with plant type trait, false smut resistance of 427 new rice combinations (lines) from the middle and lower Yangtze River and Hunan rice regional trials were studied by natural infection and artificial inoculation. The results showed that: the difference was significant among combinations (lines) of resistance from different resources, to the resistance, the rate of the middle and lower Yangtze River regional trials combinations (lines) was higher than the Hunan, the former was 16.4%, and the later was 3.1%, to the middle susceptible, the former was lower, to the susceptible and high susceptible, the former was higher. The difference was significant among combinations (lines) of resistance from various ecotypes, the order of resistance was middle indica > late double-season indica > late singe-season japonica > late single-season indica. This was the first report on the correlation between plant type trait of high quality late indica combinations (lines) and false smut, the results showed that height and spike length was not associate with disease spike rate, panicle characters except spike length were significantly positively associated with the disease spike rate and the order of correlation between the grain density > numbers of grain > numbers of secondary branch > numbers of primary branch. Among 6 Hunan large scale planted high quality late indica cultivars, only ‘Nongxiang 18’ showed resistance to false smut.
