海南万宁市槟榔鲜果含硒状况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of selenium contents in betelnut in Wanning City, Hainan Province

摘要: 为了研究万宁市富硒槟榔鲜果的区域范围,通过酸消解、原子荧光分光光度法测定海南万宁槟榔鲜果中硒的含量。结果表明,大茂地区槟榔果硒平均含量最高,平均值为0.042 mg/kg,万城镇次之,为0.030 mg/kg,北大镇和南桥镇槟榔果硒平均含量最低,为0.016 mg/kg。万宁市的东部和东北部是槟榔鲜果硒含量分布最高的区域,而西部则是槟榔鲜果硒含量分布最低的区域。

Abstract: Abstract: Selenium is an essential trace elements.Selenium deficiency and excess will have adverse effects on human health. Acid digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrum are used to determinate the content of selenium of betelnut produced in Wanning City, Hainan Province. Results show that betelnut with the highest content of selenium (average value 0.042mg/kg) are produced in Damao Area, followed by Wancheng Town (0.030mg/kg), while Beida Town and Nanqiao Town with the lowest content of selenium (average value 0.016mg/kg). Betelnut with the highest content of selenium are mainly distributed in eastern and northeastern parts of Wanning City, while betelnut with lowest content of selenium are in western part of Wanning.
