1-MCP对桃果实内源乙烯及缝合线软化的影响

Influence of 1-MCP on Endogenous Ethylene and Peach Fruit Suture Softening

摘要:

为了明确桃果实缝合线软化与乙烯的关系,用1-MCP(1-methylcyclopropene)处理生长期的桃果实,用气相色谱测定乙烯的发生,观察缝合线软化果的发生率以及1-MCP对叶片和果实品质的影响。结果表明,1-MCP能有效地降低生长前期桃果实缝合线部位及种仁中乙烯的水平;减少种胚败育,其败育率仅为对照的20%;减少缝合线软化果的比例,软果率仅为2%,而对照则高达23%;1-MCP未对果实品质和叶片产生不良影响。因此认为1-MCP不仅能抑制果实采后贮藏过程中乙烯的发生,而且也能抑制生长期果实中乙烯的发生,可为采前生产上应用提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to know the relationship between suture softening of peach fruit and ethylene, experiment was carried out with 1-MCP (1-methylcyclopropene) treating the peach fruit at growth period, using gas chromatography to determine ethylene level in fruit, observing the rate of fruit suture softening and influence of 1-MCP on leaf and fruit quality. The results showed that, 1-MCP could effectively reduce the ethylene levels in suture site and kernel of peach fruit, reduce the embryo abortion with 80% compared with control; reduced suture softening fruit ratio, which was only 2% while the control was high up to 23%; adverse effects of 1-MCP on fruit quality and leaves was not found. So that 1-MCP can not only inhibit the ethylene occurs in fruit during postharvest storage, but also can inhibit the ethylene occurred in fruit during growth. It indicated that this can provide reference to 1-MCP applications for pre-harvest production.
