摘要：

新型农民是相对于传统农民而言的。通过简述当代农民素质的基本要求和概括新型农民的基本范畴，分析了新型农民论思想的理论基础及提出背景。阐述了新型农民论思想的基本内涵，从理论上归纳了有文化、懂技术、会经营是构成新型农民论思想的3个元素，其中有文化是基础，懂技术是条件，会经营是要求，三者是一个有机的整体，缺一不可。指出了党的新型农民论思想，有着坚实的理论基础、丰富的思想内涵、深刻的现实背景和实践的政策内容，是对马克思主义农民问题思想的发展和创新。

Abstract:

A new type of farmer is a concept in contrast with traditional one. By briefly descriptions on basic characteristics and the categories of modern farmers, this article first analyzed the background and theory foundations of new type farmer theory and explained the internal meaning of it, then pointed out that this theory was development and innovation of Marxist farmer issue thoughts for its having solid philosophical foundations, abundant thinking connotation, profound social backgrounds.
