6个玉米自交系配合力研究

Study on Combining Ability of Six Corn Inbred Lines

摘要: 为了查看新选育自交系的配合力,通过采用不完全双列杂交法,研究了6个新选育的自交系的配合力。结果表明:自交系T0121的单株产量一般配合力最高是7.32;根据特殊配合力数据,以下4个杂交组合单株产量的杂种优势较强,分别表现为:T0102×吉853为6.80、T0107×吉853为9.65、T0121×齐319为6.37和T0139×Mo17为6.32。结合一般配合力和特殊配合力综合表现,筛选出比较有应用前景的自交系T0121和组合T0121×齐319。

Abstract: In the study, the combining ability of 6 newly inbred lines were analyzed with incomplete diallel crossing of NCⅡ method. The results showed that the inbred line of T0121 had higher general combining ability in yield per plant of all tested traits. It was 7.32. For special combing ability, the combinations of T0102×Ji853, T0107×Ji 853, T0121×Qi319 and T0139×Mo17 were 6.80, 9.65, 6.37, 6.32, respectively. For the comprehensive performance between general combining ability and special combing ability, there is a good application prospect for inbred line T0121 and combination T0121×Qi319.
