Abstract: In order to accelerate the promotion of ‘Qinzayou 19’, large area test and demonstration was carried out, and the supporting measures of no tillage planter, seed coating, balancing formulated fertilization, improving fertilization method, integrated weed control, prevention of diseases and insect pests, management in later period, promoting precocity and all kinds of technical measures for mechanized harvesting integrated the agriculture and cultivation of ‘Qinzayou 19’ with agricultural machinery, and a complete technology of whole journy mechanization cultivation for ‘Qinzayou 19’ in spring rapeseed area was formed. The technology promoted the popularizing of ‘Qinzayou 19’, and accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and relized the aim of high yield, high efficiency, cost saving and revenue increasing.
