生物技术在草莓遗传育种中的应用

Application of biological technology in genetics and breeding of strawberry

摘要: 概述了近年来国内外关于生物技术在草莓遗传育种中的应用研究进展。重点对草莓组织培养技术、分子标记技术、基因工程技术在草莓遗传育种中发挥的作用及应用现状进行了总结,主要包括组织培养应用于草莓育苗,利用分子标记进行遗传图谱构建及抗病性辅助选择,利用基因工程技术进行草莓基因功能验证及遗传性状定向改良等,分析了各种现代生物技术应用于育种研究的可行性。最后,对各种生物技术的局限性进行了总结和归纳,探讨了现代生物技术与常规育种技术相结合的利用途径及发展方向,旨在为今后草莓遗传育种工作提供参考和理论依据。

Abstract: This review introduced the progress about application of biotechnology in the strawberry genetics and breeding from abroad and home researches in recent years. The role and the status of application about tissue culture technology, molecular markers and genetic engineering technology in the strawberry genetics and breeding were summarized mainly including the application of tissue culture in strawberry breeding, the using of molecular markers about the constructing of genetic maps and molecular marker-assisted selection for disease resistance, the using of genetic engineering technology about functional verification of strawberry genes and the directional genetic improvement of horticultural traits and so on. The feasibility of modern biotechnologies were applied to breeding research was analyzed as well. Finally, the limitations of various biotechnologies were summarized, the utilization way and development direction of modern biotechnology combined with conventional breeding technology was discussed. Overall, this review aimed at offering basic knowledge about genetic breeding work of strawberry.
