玉米籽粒脱水速率研究分析及种质改良策略

Research and Analysis on Dehydration Rate of Maize Grain and Germplasm improvement Tactics

摘要: 摘 要:[目的]玉米生理成熟后籽粒脱水速率对中国北方玉米的品质、产量及储藏加工都具有显著影响,脱水速率也是宜机收品种选育上的重要目标性状。[方法]从不同品种间籽粒脱水速率的差异分析、农艺、品质等性状与籽粒脱水速率相关性分析以及玉米籽粒脱水速率遗传研究及QTL定位研究进展3个方面总结了玉米籽粒脱水速率的整体研究情况。[结果]结合玉米籽粒脱水速率研究规律,提出了玉米种质改良选育方向。[结论]研究结果为高产、优质、脱水速率快玉米杂交种选育提供综合的参考依据。

Abstract: Abstract: [Objective] The dehydration rate after corn grain physiological maturity had a significant impact on the corn yield, quality, storing and processing in northern China. The dehydration rate was an important goal on suit mechanical harvest variety breeding. [Method] This study has been collected and processed research about corn grain dehydration rate in recent years, summarized the overall research on dehydration rate of corn grain from three side, that were dehydration rate differences through different varieties, correlational analyses among the grain dehydration rate and agriculture and quality traits, QTL for dehydration rate of maize kernel, provided the use resource on higher yield, quality and fast dehydrating rate about maize variety breeding. [Result] Combined research laws on corn grain dehydration, had presented the selective breeding of corn grain quality improvement. [Conclusion] The results provided reference frame for high yield, quality and fast dehydration rate at maize variety breeding.
