Application of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry in Pesticide Residue Detection

摘要: 以超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测多种农药残留的基本要素作为切入点,归纳了近年来超高效液相色谱-串联质谱利用技术的研究进展,对不同基质样品开展多种农残检测时所采取的萃取工艺、净化工艺、色谱柱的选择、质谱类型、离子源模式进行了分析,认为生物样品成分复杂、内源性物质会对目标物质的测定造成干扰,根据生物样品的特点针对性地开展前处理并消减基质效应对于提升结果的准确性具有重要意义,同时还提出了建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法时需要考虑的主要问题。

Abstract: According to the basic influence factors of multi-pesticide residues detection by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC)- tandem Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS), the key points of literatures in recent years about pesticide residues detection by UPLC-MS/MS were summarized, including extraction technology, purification process, selection of chromatographic column, type of mass spectrometry and ion source model for samples of different matrix. It was considered that the pretreatment of biological samples and removal of matrix effects had important effects on the accuracy of the results, because biological samples were usually complex and the endogenous substances would interfere with the determination of the target substance. Then, the main factors that need to be considered in establishment of UPLC-MS/MS were proposed.
