摘要: 摘 要:换热器是干燥热风炉的主要设备,本文用LMTD法计算了筒式辐射换热器在空气升高不同温度时的换热面积。绘制了空气升高温度差Δt=t2-t1与平均换热面积(F/(t2-t1))的关系曲线,在此基础上提出了经济温度区域的概念。应用此概念可以指导高温大容量热风炉二级换热器的设计和选择。

Abstract: Heat exchangers are the main equipment of hot-blast stoves. Heat exchange area of the cylinder radiation exchanger has computed by LMTD when air has heated to different temperature. Draw the graph of relation of temperature differenceΔt=t2-t1and average heat exchange area (F/(t2-t1)). The concept of the economical temperature district is proposed on the basis of it. It has the more practical value in the choosing and designing the exchangers of the hot-blast stoves with high-power and high temperature.
