Analysis on Problem and Strategy of Process in High Benefit Installation Agriculture Development: Base on Sanchang Town of Jiangsu Province

摘要： 以江苏省海门市三厂镇高效设施农业发展为实证，对高效设施农业发展过程中问题及对策进行研究。研究表明，基础设施建设薄弱、各类农民专业合作组织松散、农产品市场接口、提升农业科技水平以及农民离地保障等是高效设施农业发展过程中的主要问题，因此应加大农村基础设施建设，提高农民专业合作组织的合作化组织化程度，瞄准市场接口，依靠科技提升农产品附加值，保障农民离地权益将是整个高效设施农业发展过程的重点。

Abstract: Analysis on problem and strategy of process in high benefit installation agriculture development base on Sanchang town of Jiangsu province. Result showed that weakness establishment, incompact organization, stagger market, lower technological levels and indemnificatory for peasantry were the main problem during the process in high benefit installation agriculture development, we should enhance basic constriction and organization, aim the marketing, enhance additional value of product and indemnificatory of peasantry in the future.
