低碳农业是以低消耗、低污染、低排放和高效率为基础的现代农业，是应对气候变暖的必然选择。以江苏省为研究对象，在综合分析了江苏省发展低碳农业的有利条件和制约因素的前提下，根据低碳农业在江苏的探索和实践的经验，提出了制定低碳农业发展规划与扶持政策、加快低碳农业技术推广与应用、因地制宜选择低碳农业发展模式等对策建议。

Low-carbon agriculture is modern agriculture with low-consumption, low-pollution, low-emission and high-efficiency, which is an inevitably choice to cope with climate warming. Based on Jiangsu Province as the research object, the paper analyzed powerful conditions and restricting factors for developing low-carbon agriculture in Jiangsu Province, according to the exploration and practice of low-carbon agriculture in Jiangsu, the countermeasures and proposals for formulating development planning and policies supporting low-carbon agriculture, accelerating agricultural technology popularization and application, as well as choosing low-carbon agricultural development mode etc.
