为了推进河南及全国更大范围的现代农业发展，为模式创新提供实践决策的参考依据，笔者通过典型调查分析，针对制约河南现代农业发展的主客观因素及原因，提出应根据省内农业区域环境特点，以县（市）为主选择和创新现代农业发展模式；运用市场化手段，培养和引进人才、造就现代农民，坚持农业科技创新、合作经营、产业服务社会化等途径；抓好生产力、生产关系以及政策、服务等多层面的改革创新工作。笔者认为，发展现代农业，科技是关键，人才是核心，农民是主体，规模化经营是有效途径，增效增收是根本。

The paper focused on the pattern innovation of development of modern agriculture in Henan Province and the whole country, which will provide reference for the decision-making. Through the typical investigation, it was appropriate to choose and innovate the development patterns of modern agriculture in the area of county, contraposing the subjective and objective factors that constrained the development of modern agriculture. The following measures should be taken: applying marketization means to bring in talents and cultivate modern farmer; persevering in technological innovation and cooperative management to promote the agribusiness; reforming and innovating the policies to develop agricultural productivity. In other words, developing modern agriculture was system engineering, in which technology, talents and management pattern were all essential.
