为探索江苏省及各区域对粮食生产进行合理的生产要素投入，根据江苏经济区划结果，采用灰色关联分析方法测算江苏省及其三大区域粮食总产量与农业生产投入要素的灰色关联度，对3个区域单位粮食产量投入要素均值用Kruskal-Wallis检验方法进行差异性检验，分析其区域差异性。结果表明，江苏省及三大区域粮食总产量与各投入要素的关联度和关联序均有较大差别，单位粮食产量投入要素均值的差异性也不相同。在此基础上提出了江苏省要通过稳定粮食作物种植面积、发展规模经营、落实惠农政策和提高单产水平等，以进一步促进江苏粮食生产稳定增长。

To explore the reasonable devotion that is agricultural factor of grain production of Jiangsu Province and the 3 major regions, based on the economic regionalization results in Jiangsu Province, the paper calculated the grey relevancy between grain output and the elements of agricultural production in Jiangsu Province and the 3 major regions. The difference of the mean value of input element of grain production in the 3 major regions was tested by using Kruskal-Wallis examination method, and analyzed the regional disparities. Results indicate the obvious difference of the correlative degree and the correlation order between grain output and the elements of agricultural production from the various regions, the difference of the mean value of input element of per-unit grain output also differ in different regions. At the basic of that, this paper thinks that Jiangsu Province grows stable grain the area, develop large-scale management, implement the agricultural benefits of policy, and increase the level of unit production to make sure the steady growth of grain production in Jiangsu Province.
