“十一五”期间，山西省县级职教中心建设，对当地社会和经济发展做出了积极贡献，也因特殊地理人口环境和区域经济发展状况的影响，形成了全省东南部强、西北部弱的格局。因此，科学制定西北部县（市）的职教中心建设规划，建立职教中心建设的长效机制，将有助于山西省县级职教中心更好地服务于区域经济建设。
