摘要

通过对干旱生境下不同酿酒葡萄品种越冬发芽率、生长系数的统计及可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性生理指标的测定分析,结果表明:在干旱生境下,各参试品种的越冬发芽率依次为SO4>520A>Ln33>山河系>5BB>贝达>101-14>110-R >品丽珠>LDP294=凤凰=黑比诺>梅鹿辄184>威戴尔>梅鹿辄347;可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量的大小顺序基本一致,并且与越冬发芽率顺序相近;SOD活性与可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量大小及越冬发芽率顺序差异较为明显。研究认为,通过统计越冬发芽率、生长状况及测定可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量,可以有效的筛选抗逆性较好的酿酒葡萄优良品种。

Abstract

The experiment was studied on the statistics of germination rate and growth coefficient and the determination of soluble sugar, proline content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of different wine grapes overwintering after under arid condition, the results showed that the germination rate from high to low was SO4>520A>Ln33> Vitis amurensis×Vitis riparia >5BB> Beta >101-14>110-R > Cabernet Franc >LDP294= fenghuang = Pinot Noir > Merlot184> Vidal > Merlot 347 under arid condition. The content sequence between soluble sugar and proline showing the same basically, which was in accord with the germination rate. In contrary, the SOD activity had significantly differences with soluble sugar and proline. This study suggests that the stress resistance of wine grape varieties could be selected effectively through the statistics of germination rate, growth status and determination of the soluble sugar, proline content.
