针对当前沼气建设存在的问题提出发展对策，以期为沼气发展提供借鉴。以河南省沼气建设工作先进县市——卫辉市为调查研究对象，简要介绍了卫辉市工农业基础及沼气发展现状；分析了沼气建设存在农村户用沼气发展模式简单、大中型沼气工程建设落后、沼气发展服务体系不健全和沼气资源未能综合利用等主要问题；根据实际工作经验总结出加强组织领导、强化示范村户带动工作、加大沼气建设投资力度、有针对性发展沼气模式和推行沼气协会制完善服务体系等进一步发展沼气的对策措施。

In order to provide the decision basis for biogas development, countermeasures were proposed based on existing problems of biogas construction. This paper takes Weihui county as study object in Henan province, advanced biogas building county. A brief description was given about its agriculture, industry base and biogas development situation, the problems lying in biogas building work were analyzed such as the simple rural biogas development model, the unadvanced large and medium-sized methane project construction, the imperfect service system and the uncomprehensive utilization of biogas resources. Based on practical experience, the biogas development countermeasures were summarized, enhancing the government organizational leadership, giving full play to the exemplary leading role, increasing the investment, nichetargeting development patterns and developing biogas association to perfect the service system.
