中国食用菊花研究应用现状

摘要

中国自古就有“食菊”的传统,但中国目前对于食用菊花的研究应用还有较大的提升空间。笔者查阅了近年中国关于食用菊研究相关论文,从食用菊种质资源、生产繁殖方法以及高产栽培措施等方面总结了国内食用菊研究应用现状。并指出国内栽培的食用菊花种类绝大多数为国外引进,这极大限制了中国食用菊的规模化生产和普及。

Abstract

China has had a traditional of ‘food chrysanthemum’ since ancient times, but there is a bigger promotion space for edible chrysanthemum of research and application in China. The recent studies of edible chrysanthemum from its resources, production method and high yield cultivation measures, etc, in China has been reviewed in this paper. And points out of most for cultivation type chrysanthemum of domestic consumption come from overseas introduction, this greatly restricting Chinese eat of chrysanthemum of large-scale production and popularity.
