摘要

由于西番莲种子重量占整个果重的8%~15%,且种子中含丰富的蛋白质和脂肪,国内外对其进行了大量研究,主要集中于营养成分、食用价值、活力探究等方面,故简述了西番莲种子的植物学特性、营养成分、食用价值、种子繁育技术及种子活力等的研究概况,认为研发利用西番莲种子具有深远意义,目前西番莲种子相关的基础研究与利用还不够,尚有待于进一步挖掘。

Abstract

Because the seed weight for the entire passion fruit be around 8%-15%, seeds contain much of protein and fat, and the research of Passion fruit’ seeds is mainly focused on the nutritional contents, edible value, vigor and so on at home and abroad. Therefore, the author gives an overview of the research about biological characteristics, nutritional components, edible value, breeding technology and vigor of Passion fruit’ seeds. It is the author's opinion that it may be profound significance of development and exploitation of Passiflora seeds, and the current related basic research and utilization about Passiflora seeds is insufficient, needs to be further studied.
