摘要

以‘金荷鼎’ב赤蕙’根状茎为材料,研究根状茎的增殖情况,包括基本培养基的筛选、6-BA与NAA的浓度组合对增殖的影响。不同培养基对根状茎生长情况有明显影响。1/2MS培养基为春兰根状茎的基本培养基,1/2MS+NAA 1 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L为春兰根状茎的最佳增殖培养基,增殖倍数达3.00。杂交育种技术结合组织培养是国兰新品种选育的有效途径。

Abstract

Taking ‘Jinheding’ and ‘Chihui’ as parents, rootstocks were used as materials for studying the multiplication of rootstocks. There were including choices of basic medium, the effects of 6-BA and NAA on the multiplication. The result showed that the growth state was affected evidently by medium. 1/2MS medium was the basic medium for rootstocks of Cymbidium goeringii. 1/2MS+ NAA 1 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L was the best medium for multiplication. proliferation rate was 3.00. Cross breeding technology combining with tissue culture was the effective way for the new species breeding of Cymbidium.
