为研究云南曲靖产区烤烟的品质，以云南曲靖产区的‘红花大金元’、‘云烟87’、‘K326’、‘中烟100’4个品种为研究对象，对其不同部位进行总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、钾元素、氯元素含量的测定。试验得出，‘云烟87’化学品质最好，不同部位中以中部烟叶化学品质最佳。通过分析，烟叶总氮含量与烟碱含量成正相关，在栽培过程中应注意控制氮肥施用量而同步控制烟碱含量。

In order to study the quality of tobaccos produced in Qujing tobacco producing areas of Yunan, ‘Honghua Dajinyuan’, ‘Yunyan 87’, ‘K326’, ‘Zhongyan 100’four varies of flue-cured tobaccos were selected for study. We measured the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine, K element and Cl element in different parts of the tobaccos. The results showed that ‘Yunyan 87’ was best in chemical quality. And the best part was the middle leaves. Moreover, the total nitrogen content of leaves had positive correlationship with the nicotine content. So, the use of nitrogen fertilizer should be paid attention to control nicotine content synchronously.
