中国和欧盟地理标志双边协议谈判已历经六轮，进入关键期。欧盟在地理标志双边谈判领域经验丰富，我国则相对欠缺。因此，研究欧盟与其他国家和地区的地理标志保护协议文本，为我国谈判提供参考就尤为必要。本文将以欧盟和南非葡萄酒烈酒贸易协定中的地理标志保护为例进行研究。

The negotiations on an China-EU bilateral agreement on geographical indications (GIs) have been six rounds and enter a critical period. EU has rich experience in bilateral negotiations on GIs, but China relatively less on this issue. Therefore, it is crucial to study on the texts of agreements signed between EU and other countries or regions in order to provide some references for China. As a case study, this paper will look into GIs protection in EU-South Africa wine and spirits trade agreements.
