泗阳县引种、示范、推广南方型杨树41年，年均植杨树150万株以上，现有杨树成片林面积3.66万hm2，杨木加工年产值100亿元，但随着杨树产业的发展，资源发展不均衡、产业结构不合理等矛盾凸显。笔者在全面分析泗阳县南方型杨树发展历史、现状及存在问题的基础上，对泗阳今后的南方型杨树产业发展提出了对策与建议。
