摘要：基础调查作为土地整治项目可行性研究和规划设计阶段的重要组成部分，是前期相关技术资料编制以及确保技术成果科学性、合理性、有效性的重要基础，对能否实现预期建设任务和规划目标起着重要的影响作用。本文在提出基础调查内容的基础上，综合分析了调查程序和调查方法，进而构建了土地整治项目基础调查体系，以期为相关标准化建设提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:As the important part of feasibility research and design stage of land consolidation projects，basic investigation is the important foundation of compiling relevant technical data in earlier stage and insuring the scientificalness，rationality and effectiveness of technological achievements，and plays an important role in achieving construction tasks and planning objectives. In this paper, synthetically analyse the investigation procedure and survey method on the basis of putting forward the content of basic investigation, and construct the basic investigation system of land consolidation projects, in order to provide reference for related standardized construction.
