摘要

为了研制适合在天津地区应用的秸秆生物反应堆技术的菌剂,研究主要比较了2种菌种在秸秆生物反应堆技术中的应用情况。结果表明,2种菌种在秸秆反应堆技术中的应用效果良好,均能提高大棚地温和室温,也能提高蔬菜的光合作用和产量。在番茄秸秆生物反应堆技术种植试验中天津菌种比山东菌种增产2.80%,在西瓜秸秆生物反应堆技术种植试验中山东菌种比天津菌种增产4.93%。

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to development the inocula of straw bio-reactor technology in Tianjin. The research focued on the comparison of two kinds of strain application in bio-reactor technology of straw. The result showed that the application effect of two strain in the straw bio-reactor technology was good. Two strain both could improve the greenhouse soil temperature, the photosynthesis and yield of vegetables. The application effect of Tianjin strain in the tomato straw bio-reactor technology planting test was better than Shandong strain, the percentage of increasing yield was 2.80%.And the application effect of Shandong strain in the watermelon straw bio-reactor technology planting test was better than Tianjin strains, the percentage of increasing yield was 4.93%.
