笔者总结了目前中国保健品研究的领域包括活性多糖类、皂甙类、黄酮类、脂肪酸类、生物碱类、多酚类、酶类、生物活性肽、核酸类等物质的研究进展，中国保健食品市场的发展状况，并提出了存在的问题和解决这些问题的建议。

The paper summarized the research advancement of dietary supplement such as polysaccharide, saponins, flavonoids, fatty acids, alkaloids, polyphenols, enzymes, bioactive peptide, nucleic acids, etc. The market status in China was outlined. And also some solutions to solve the problem of food supplement were suggested.
