农业信息化与农业现代化是中国社会主义现代化建设的重要战略目标。而农业信息化又可分为农业产前、产中和产后信息化。笔者首先通过对中国农产品生产出来后到消费者手中的具体流通环节进行研究，得到农产品产后流通模式。然后通过对农产品流通模式中的加工、储运和销售三个环节的信息化现状进行研究，得出现阶段这三个环节中存在的问题和造成这些问题的原因。最后探讨了实现农业产后信息化的方法，一方面可以通过建立信息系统代替传统的各种人工管理，减少人员操作的方式，一方面可以通过建立信息系统结合一定的硬件技术实现更加自动化、高效化的管理，实现产后加工、储运和销售等流通过程的信息化，为农业产后信息化提供了可行的方式。

Agricultural informalization and agricultural modernization is one of the most important strategies. And agricultural informatization is formed by the three stages of pre-production, mid-production and post-production informatization. At first, in this paper, the model of agricultural production circulate was given according to the research of the process of agricultural production from farmer to customer (consumer). Secondly, the paper focus on the current agricultural informatization situation of process, transportation and distribution and points out what is the problem in the situation and what reason lead to these problems. Finally, we discuss the way to achieve agricultural post-production informatization. One way is through the establishment of a variety of information systems which can replace the traditional manual management to reduce personnel costs. Another way is combining information system with some hardware technology to achieve more automated, efficient management and to achieve post-production informatization of process, transportation and distribution. All above provides a feasible way to achieve agricultural post-production informatization
