云南是中国罗非鱼生产新兴大省，近几年来罗非鱼产量持续增加，发展速度较为明显，但云南罗非鱼产业发展相关的研究资料较少。为了能向全省乃至全国罗非鱼产业的发展提供部分参考，笔者分别从生产、科技、流通、消费、贸易和供求方面，重点介绍了云南省罗非鱼产业发展历程及现状。同时，建议云南罗非鱼产业选用高效养殖模式，积极扩大内需，提高罗非鱼深加工附加值，普及罗非鱼的营养知识和烹饪方法，为产业提供多渠道多方位发展。

Yunnan is an emerging province of tilapia production, which has a great increase production and an obvious growth, but has few research reports. In order to provide reference for the development of industry in the province and even the country, this paper mainly introduces the development course and status of tilapia industry in Yunnan Province, including production, technology, circulation, consumption, trade and supply and demand. At the same time, authors suggests to choose efficient breeding mode, expand domestic demand, improve the added value of deep processing of tilapia, popularize the cooking methods for multi-channel and multi-faceted development.
