目前，中国农业产业化、现代化进程逐渐深入，农业发展环境不断开放，农业生产者与市场之间迫切需要开展信息化服务活动。但伴随着农业劳动力老龄化日益严重，国内农业信息化服务出现了诸多问题。笔者分析了目前农业信息化服务的现状与背景，探讨了农业劳动力老龄化对农业信息化服务的挑战，并从农业信息服务客体、服务主体、服务内容、信息传播途径、服务策略等5个方面提出了优化对策。

At present, with China's agricultural industrialization and modernization going deep, the agricultural development environment continuing to open up, information service should be implemented between agricultural producers and market. However, owing to the growing of aging rural labor, China's agricultural information services were faced with many problems. This paper analyzed the status and background of China's agricultural information service, discussed the challenges of agricultural information service against aging rural labor, and put forward a set of optimization proposals from five aspects including the agricultural information service objects, service providers, service contents, information transmission and service strategies.
