南方水稻黑条矮缩病已成为近年来危害中国南方稻区水稻生产的重要病害之一，由于该病害的发现时间较短，目前对该病害的研究尚处于起步阶段。简述了南方水稻黑条矮缩病的发病症状、病原及病原介体、发病特点、流行原因及防治策略等方面的研究概况，为今后有效控制南方水稻黑条矮缩病提供了基础。

A rice dwarf disease caused by southern rice black-streak dwarf virus, spread rapidly throughout the southern part of China in these years. However, it is a short time since the disease has been found, the current research on the disease is still at the strarting stage. This paper presents a review of the recent progress of disease symptoms，the characters of pathogenic virus and its vectors, disease characters, epidemic reasons and control strategies on southern rice black-streak dwarf virus disease, and provides a basis for effectively control of southern rice black-streak dwarf virus disease in future.
