在实地调查和查阅相关资料的基础上，阐明了山西省农业科技创新的主体构成，并从创新主体组成、创新人才、创新市场环境等方面入手，分析了山西省科技创新存在的问题，提出了采取增强企业创新主体地位，多创新主体相互衔接，各有侧重，引进人才，激励人才，培养人才，营造良好的市场环境等措施，推动山西农业科技创新的健康发展。

Based on the surveys and relative dates, this thesis attempts the main body formation of agricultural science and technology innovation in Shanxi, analyzes the problems of innovation from the parts, talent and environment, puts forward a number of measures such as giving the status of innovation, connecting main body of it, attracting and training talent, improving market environment in order to develop the agricultural science and technology in Shanxi
