摘要

为快速测定蓖麻籽的含油率,缩短采购检验的时间,保持被检测样品的完整性,本研究使用Perten DA7200型近红外仪测定了46份蓖麻籽样品的近红外光谱值,并用常规化学分析方法测定了对应蓖麻籽样品的含油率,并将这二者拟合建立了定标模型。验证评价结果表明:含油率的相关性为0.9655,定标方程的偏差为0.000003913,定标方程的预测能力良好,可替代传统含油率测定方式,实现快速无损测定蓖麻籽含油率。

Abstract

Rapid determination of castor seed oil content, quality traits, and shorten the time of purchase inspection used in this Perten DA7200 near-infrared analyzer determination of near-infrared spectral values of the ricin samples. And the castor oil content of the samples determined by conventional chemical analysis methods, and the two fit the calibration model, these two fit to establish the calibration model. The results showed that: The oil content of was 0.9655, the deviation of the calibration equation was 3.913e-06. Prove the predictive capability of the calibration equation was excellent, can use it to replace the traditional measuring method for the determination of castor oil content of castor site acquisition.
