农民增收是“三农”工作的核心要点，也是全社会关注的焦点。本文以江苏省泰州市为例，从农民收入水平、收入结构、收入差距等角度分析了农民收入的现状，并从高效设施农业、农产品深加工、农村劳动力、农业生产风险等方面研究了影响农民增收的制约因素，最后从促进充分就业、推动创业致富、创新体制机制、完善社会保障体系等环节提出一系列对策建议。

To increase farmers' income, as a core element of "agriculture, village and farmer" work, is the focus of the whole society. Based on the example of Taizhou city, this paper analyzes the current situation of farmers' income from the perspectives of income level, income structure and income gap. Furthermore, restraining factors that affect the farmers' income increment are studied from the aspects of high-efficiency agriculture, deep processing of agricultural products, rural labor force and risk of agricultural production. Finally, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the taches of promoting maximum employment, driving entrepreneurship and wealth acquirement, innovating system and mechanism, improving social security system, and so on.
