针对新形势下农民对农业科技知识与信息的需求特征，提出了农业科普期刊青年编辑掌握农业动态的重要性以及有效途径。青年编辑应以掌握农业动态为契机，尽早掌握当好农民参谋的能力，从而在办刊中逐渐成长为适应农业科普期刊可持续发展的高素质人才。

In view of the characteristics of the farmer demand for agricultural science and technology knowledge and information under the new situation, this paper put forward the importance of and effective way for young editors of popular agricultural periodicals grasping agricultural dynamic. Young editors should take grasping agricultural dynamic as an opportunity, mastering the ability to advisor the farmers as early as possible, and thereby growing into the high-quality talents for the sustainable development of popular agricultural periodicals.
