从流通的角度对农民“买难卖难”问题展开研究。在对山西省农产品供销及农村流通业状况分析的基础上，运用因果分析法对造成“买难卖难”问题的流通原因进行了分析，构造了各流通主体在农产品流通过程中的供需模型；提出并构建了基于供需模型的以农村服务组织为主导的流通服务平台，分析阐述了其运行机制。

This paper researched on the problem of the“the farmers hard to buy and sell”from the angle of circulation. Based on the analysis of the situation in supply and marketing of the agricultural products and rural circulation industry in Shanxi Province, using the causal analysis method to circulation of "hard to buy and sell" problem reasons were analyzed, and constructs the supply and demand model of the main bodies in the process of circulation of agricultural products; proposed and constructed the circulation service platform by rural service organization based on the supply and demand model dominated analyzed its operating mechanism.
