摘要

摘 要:为获得高效的适合‘章姬’草莓茎尖培养的技术方案,试验通过不同培养基和外源激素对‘章姬’草莓茎尖培养的研究,建立其组培快繁体系,结果表明,在不同的处理中,最适宜的培养基和培养方式如下:(1)剥取的茎尖越大,萌发率越高。(2)在改良White培养基配方 蔗糖40 g/L,pH 5.8的培养基培养下的茎尖成活率最高(80%)。(3)综合增殖系数与增殖苗的品质等多重因素获得增殖培养适合培养基为MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L 蔗糖30 g/L,增殖系数为3.8。(4)生根培养基以1/2MS 蔗糖30 g/L为宜。采用各项最适的方案进行‘章姬’草莓的培养,可以达到优质高效的目的。

Abstract

Abstract: The research is set up in order to get an efficient and acceptable system for stem tip germination of ‘Akihime’ strawberry. The system of rapid propagation was established by tissue culture of stem tip of ‘Akihime’ strawberry under different concentrations of exogenous hormones and different medium. The results showed that the best medium or treatment for various stages were as follows: (1) the larger the stem tips, the higher the survival rate. (2) Survival rate of stem tip was higher of 80% under the improved White medium and 40 g/L sucrose, pH 5.8. (3) Considering for both proliferation coefficient and quality, the acceptable proliferation medium was: MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L 30 g/L saccharose, in this medium, the proliferation coefficient was 3.8. (4)Rooting medium: 1/2 MS sucrose 30 g/L. When using this acceptable system to germinate ‘Akihime’ strawberry, the research can get high efficiency.
