为明确白肋烟晾房建造规格参数,通过设置不同底棚高度、拱架高度、长宽比例及不同层数的晾房,分析比较了不同结构晾房晾制期间的温湿度。结果表明,半整株采收晾制白肋烟的晾房底棚高度为2.1 m,顶部拱架高度1.0 m较适宜;试验设计的不同长宽比例晾房对晾房内温湿度的影响不大,但晾房设计为方形较稳固;单层晾房平均温度低于双层晾房,而平均相对湿度较高,活动式晾房设计为2 层或单层均适宜。
In order to clarify different parameters of burley movable barn, barns with different bottom layer heights, arch heights, lengths and width ratios and layers were designed and built, the temperature and humidity in the barns during tobacco curing were analyzed and compared. The results showed that it was appropriate to design the barn with bottom layer height of 2.1 m and barn top arch height of 1.0 m. Effects of different sizes and length width ratios of barn on temperature and humidity were not obvious, but the square barn design was stable, the average temperature in monolayer barn was lower than that in double-layer barn while the average relative humidity was higher. The movable barn designed as monolayer or double-layer was suitable.
