红小豆根瘤菌结瘤数与农艺性状之间的相关性分析研究

Analysis of Correlation Between Adzuki Bean Nodule Numbers of Rhizobium and Agronomic Traits

摘要: 为了探索红小豆根瘤菌在大田中的结瘤数特性,发现不同生态类型红小豆根瘤菌结瘤数之间的差异,研究以65份不同生态类型的红小豆种质资源材料为研究对象,通过对其农艺性状及根瘤菌结瘤数大田采集,计算机数据分析,结果表明在不同的性状的红小豆之间结瘤数表现出较大的差异,匍匐类型红小豆结瘤数均值高出直立类型23.97;极差高出值为32.3。通过各性状之间相关性分析结果显示:结瘤数和红小豆的株高、主茎分枝、单株结荚数,单株荚粒数表现出极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.663325、0.410746、0.438036、0.283786;和主茎节数表现显著正相关相关系数为0.137257;与单荚长、百粒重表现负相关,相关系数分别为-0.08542、-0.3913和百粒重相关达极显著水平。通过试验研究得出由于不同生态类型的红小豆根瘤菌结瘤数存在的差异,育种工作者可以利用这些差异达到创新种质的目的。

Abstract: In order to explore the nodule number characteristics of Adzuki Bean with rhizobium in field condition, found that the difference from nodule numbers of nodule bacteria in Adzuki Beans. Using 65 red adzuki beans as the research object, acquisition data in field and analysis its by computer. The results showed that in different traits of adzuki beans nodule number showed larger differences, creeping type red adzuki beans nodule number mean higher than the upright type 23.97; range higher than the value of 32.3. Among the characters correlation analysis showed the number of Adzuki Bean nodulation between with plant height and branch numbers of main stem and number of pods per plant and grains per plant showed extremely significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient were 0.663325, 0.410746, 0.438036, 0.283786; the node number showed a significant positive correlation with correlation coefficient of 0.137257; the single pod length and 100 grain weight showed negative correlation, correlation coefficient were -0.08542, -0.3913 and 100 grain weight related reached extremely significant level. Different ecological types of Adzuki Bean nodulation number difference, breeders can use these differences to achieve the purpose of innovation germplasm.
