基于Logistic模型的春玉米MODIS-LAI产品订正

The Correction of Spring Maize MODIS LAI product Base on the Logisitic Model

摘要: 基于Logistic模型,利用2011-2013年辽宁省实测的叶面积指数和作物发育期数据,构建回归模型对MODIS LAI产品进行订正及效果检验。以抽雄期为分界线,分两个时段构建了Logistic模型,对春玉米的全生育期进行模拟,利用模拟结果建立MODIS-LAI产品的多种订正模型,其中二次多项式模型相关性最好,决定系数达到0.975。利用2013年实测数据对订正模型进行了检验,在抽穗期和乳熟期将MODIS LAI产品监测误差从45%-57%,降低到10%左右,为提高MODIS LAI产品在中国北方地区旱田的适用性和反演精度提供数据基础。

Abstract: Leaf area index is a key indicator of leaf area change of crop population,and also,an important parameter for studying crop photosynthesis,transpiration,and biomass formation,etc.Base on the Logisitic model, in combination with the field experiment data of leaf area index and developmental stages data of spring maizein Liaoning Province in 2011-2013, the regression model was constructed for the revised MODIS LAI products. The growth of the maize divided into two stages using the anthesis stage, The paper built the Logisitic model to simulate the whole growth period of spring maize, and constructed the various correction model of the MODIS LAI product. The Logisitic LAI was highly significant correlation with the MODIS LAI product, especially for quadratic polynomial model, whose determination coefficient reached to 0.975. Using the field experiment data in 2013, the correction model was tested, the error of MODIS LAI product was depressed from 45% to 10%.
