麦茬复播谷子大群体小个体免间苗播种量调控装置的研制与应用

Seeding Quantity Regulating Device Applied to Big Population Small Individuality No Thinning out Seedlings of Millet Multiple Cropping with Wheat Stubble

摘要: 为有效解决麦茬复播谷子大群体小个体免间苗农艺技术所需的播种量配套调控装置,降低研制、生产与购买麦茬复播谷子播种机具成本,提升其播种效率和种植效益。通过制定技术方案、田间小试、中试及生产试制;研制开发出了与“小麦旋耕(免耕)播种镇压一体机”配套使用的播种量调控装置即排种盒盖A和排种盒盖B,其所用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料取材广泛、制作成本低、工艺简单;该装置具有与“小麦旋耕(免耕)播种镇压一体机”安装拆卸简捷,生产成本低、作业效率高及机手易操作等特点,同时增加了“小麦旋耕(免耕)播种镇压一体机”作业功能;经生产示范应用,符合麦茬复播谷子大群体小个体农艺技术要求。该项研究可为黄淮麦区麦茬复播谷子实现节本简易栽培提供技术支撑。

Abstract: In order to effectively solve seeding quantity regulating device applied in big population small individuality no thinning out seedlings of multiple millet cropping with wheat stubble, reduce researching, producing and purchasing costs, and improve seeding efficiency and planting benefit. The technical scheme was designed, applied to small experiment , pilot test and trial production; The seed-metering boxes covered A and B were developed and matching to “Wheat Rotary tillage(no-tillage) sowing and compacting unity machine”, which made of polystyrene foam with advantages of extensive materials, low cost and simple process. The device had characteristics of simple installing and dismantling with “Wheat Rotary tillage (no-tillage) sowing and compacting unity machine”, low production cost, high efficiency and easy operation, and it increased the functions of “Wheat Rotary tillage (no-tillage) sowing and compacting unity machine”.The device accorded with the agro-technique demands of multiple cropping millet of big population small individuality with wheat stubble by application to production demonstration. This study provided technical support of saving cost and easy cultured method for multiple cropping millet with wheat stubble in the Huang-huai wheat producing area.
