摘要:

为确定细支卷烟打叶复烤适宜的打叶工艺,从叶片质量、叶丝质量、卷烟质量3个方面对菱形框栏、六边形框栏片烟结构进行比较。结果表明:(1)六边形框栏片烟具有大小相对均匀、含水率及成丝稳定性好、烟支密度分布均匀等优点,不足之处在于抗造碎性弱、整丝率及烟丝利用率低,而菱形框栏片烟相反;(2)与菱形框栏片烟相比,六边形框栏片烟经卷烟加工后,单支质量、烟支吸阻、总粒相物、焦油稳定性好,燃烧飞灰、持会性有所改善,燃烧时间短,抽吸口数少,叶丝填充值及其他物理烟气指标无明显变化。从卷烟内在品质的角度为出发点,细支卷烟选择六边形框栏加工的片烟较为适宜。

Abstract:

To determine the leaf-making techniques for fine cigarettes, the structures of rhombic and hexagonal framed sheets were compared from three aspects of leaf quality, leaf shredding quality and cigarette quality. The results show that: (1) hexagonal framed sheets have the advantages of relatively uniform size, good water content and filament stability, and uniform distribution of cigarette density, but the disadvantages are weak fragmentation resistance, whole filament rate and tobacco quality; the utilization ratio of cut tobacco is low, but those characteristics of rhombic frame sheets are the opposite.; (2) compared with rhombic frame cigarettes, hexagon frame cigarettes have better stability of single cigarette weight, cigarette resistance, total particles and tar, better combustion fly ash and holding ability, shorter combustion time and less number of suction ports, no obvious change of filar filling value and other physical smoke indicators after cigarette processing. Therefore, from the intrinsic quality of cigarettes, it is more appropriate to select the cigarettes processed by hexagon frame column for the fine cigarettes.
