摘要：

伴随着人们生活水平的不断提高，追求休闲旅游的人数增多，民宿消费也发生了多样性的变化。中国民宿在经历了近10余年的迅猛发展后，在数量方面已居世界前列。但是，由于各地政府为追求经济效益进行无差别的扶持，导致农村民宿的行业门槛降较低，品质也出现了参差不齐的现象。本研究基于农村住宅开展民宿的情况、基本类型以及当下民宿发展情况，依据不同的休闲方式，研究如何在农村居民住宅中，融合民宿产品，设计休闲场景，改变当前民宿设计同质化现象，为民宿能够持续、健康发展，提供相应的理论支持。

Abstract:

As people’s living standards continue to improve and the number of people pursuing leisure travel increases, the homestay consumption has undergone diverse changes. After more than 10 years of rapid development, the number of homestay inn in China is among the highest in the world. However, the undifferentiated support by local governments in pursuit of economic benefits has led to a low industry threshold and uneven quality of rural homestay inn. This study illustrates the current situation of homestay inn in China according to the types of rural residential buildings, and based on different leisure modes, studies how to integrate homestay products and design leisure scenes in rural residential buildings, thus changing the current homogenization of homestay inn design, and providing corresponding theoretical support for the sustainable and healthy development of homestay inn in China.
