湖北烟田地块特征与田间作业农机适用性分析

The Influence of the Characteristics of Tobacco Field on the Applicability of Agricultural Machinery in Hubei Province

摘要:

为进一步明确山区丘陵烟区田间生产农机适用性的限制因素。以湖北鹤峰农机生产核心示范区为研究对象,对该区域使用率较高农机分型,对生产环节分类,确定农机合理的田间作业路径;对与农机作业相关地块特征值进行测算。通过农机作业参数与田块作业条件匹配度分析,结果显示,影响区域农机机型选配的首要因素是机耕路条件,其次是地块形状和面积,其中,地块形状对轮廓平行移动方式作业农机机型影响较大,地块宽度决定选择农机机型大小。当前地块生产条件下,3~5 kW和11~18 kW小微型农机适用性较高,37~66 kW农机适用于2001 m2以上较规则且有机耕路条件的田块。

Abstract:

To further clarify the applicability constraints of agricultural machinery for field production in mountainous and hilly tobacco planting areas, we took the agricultural machinery production core demonstration area at Hefeng of Hubei as the study object, classified agricultural machinery with high utilization rate in the area, grouped the production links, identified the field operation path of agricultural machinery, and calculated the characteristic values of tobacco planting plots related to agricultural machinery operation. By analyzing the matching degree of agricultural machinery operation parameters and field operation conditions, the results showed that the primary factor affecting the selection of regional agricultural machinery models was the condition of driving path, followed by the shape and area of field plots, among which the shape of field plot had a greater impact on the agricultural machinery model of the contour parallel movement mode, and the width of the filed plot determined the size of the agricultural machinery model. Under current production conditions, small and mini-agricultural machinery of 3-5 kW or 11-18 kW were more desirable, and the machinery of 37-66 kW was more suitable for regular field plots with driving path and area greater than 2001 m2.
