香蕉根结线虫田间防治示范研究

Study of Control Effects of Several Nematicides on Banana Root-knot Nematodes in Field

摘要:

为了有效防治香蕉根结线虫,更好地指导生产,选择10%丙线磷颗粒剂、10%噻唑膦颗粒剂和2.5亿个孢子/g厚孢轮枝菌微粒剂3种药剂进行大面积防治试验,评价其对香蕉根结线虫的田间防治效果。结果表明,10%噻唑膦颗粒剂对香蕉根结线虫防治效果最佳,为82.50%,其次为2.5亿个孢子/g厚孢轮枝菌微粒剂和10%丙线磷颗粒剂。3个药剂的防治效果均达到70%以上,对根结线虫有较好防治效果,且对香蕉生长无不良影响,可作为香蕉根结线虫的防治药剂在香蕉生产上推广应用。

Abstract:

In order to control the banana root-knot nematode more effectively, Fosthiazate 10% GR, Ethoprophos 10% GR and 2.5×108 living conidia/g Verticillium chlamydosporium MG were used in field to appraise their control effect. The results showed that the best control effect was Fosthiazate which could reach 82.50%, Followed by 2.5×108 living conidia/g Verticillium chlamydosporium MG and Ethoprophos 10% GR. The results showed that they all had good control effect which were above 70%, and any detrimental effects were not observed on banana, so they might be used in fields to control the banana root-knot nematode.
