摘要/Abstract

摘要： 世界粮食计划署是联合国系统内致力于在全球抗击饥饿、提供紧急粮食援助、改善营养状况并帮助贫困地区建设恢复生产力的专门机构。作为对该机构的系统性解读,本文梳理了世界粮食计划署治理体系及其文件框架,并在此基础上总结其治理方式,明晰其管理动向。此外,通过对世粮署治理新趋势的归纳,初步探索了与之相适应的工作方式和工作内容的调整,以期进一步推进中国与世粮署的务实合作。

Abstract: World Food Programme (WFP) is the professional organization in the UN system focusing on ending hunger, delivering food assistance in emergencies, improving nutrition and building resilience in the global wide. This study presents a comprehensive introduction of WFP from its governance system and document framework, on the basis of which concludes its governing pattern and clarifies its management trends. Besides, in order to promote cooperation between China and WFP, this study also tries to seek suggestions on the adaptation of work pattern and content through interpreting the emerging trends of WFP’s governance.
